We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition of Goods
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them, including original packaging.

How to Return an Item
Contact us at contact@swingfree.co.nz before sending anything back. Items returned without first getting in touch may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, so please allow some time for your bank to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away so we can sort it out.
